Our story

Fine Furnishings was originally established in 1985, A family run business situated in the heart of Sussex in the picturesque village of Lindfield.

In october 2019 David who has worked for Fine Furnishings for over 30 years had the opportunity to buy the business with his wife Clare, and with a fresh new outlook the company is busier than ever.
You can visit the showroom situated up above the workshop where all the magic happens in restoring your much loved furniture and production of all our bespoke furniture.

We have two daughters Freya and Ruby. Freya is an Swim teacher/Lifeguard and a Outdoor activity instructor. Ruby has just started senior school and is a buddy young actress. Ask our girls about our business and they will sell you a bespoke sofa without even trying. We are super proud of our girls and all that they achieve.

We have two naughty dogs that you can see in the above photo called loki and Lenny, who think the workshop is their second home.
